Program Requirements

You’ve already got what it takes

If you are motivated, responsive, great at communication, and embrace learning opportunities then you’re ready to jump on in! You don’t need to have a background in tech or sales to be successful.

Basic eligibility

To join Satellite you must be at least 18-years-old and have a high school diploma, GED or a diploma from an accredited institution. You must also be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Time commitment

You will be required to participate in recurring weekly meetings for three hours each week. Independent coursework requires an additional 8-12 hours per week. In addition, all sessions and job placements require a working proficiency of the English language.

What you'll need

Most Satellite programming is delivered remotely, so you’ll need a computer with Internet access and a camera, and basic applications like email, web browsing and chat.

Constructive feedback

Much of our program is coaching-based, so you’ll need to be willing to take constructive criticism and incorporate it into your own individual style.

Set your schedule

If you’re working full-time or caring for family, our program is flexible. While there are a few, set meetings, the remainder of coursework can be completed on a timetable that’s most convenient for you.

Program fees

The $2,000 program cost is currently being covered by tuition assistance for all of our participants, thanks to our generous partners including the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Unlike some programs, there is no Income Share Agreement or other long-term obligation to Satellite – what you earn once you’re employed is yours to keep.
