Upload your resume and answer several questions to help us learn more about your background and experience.
Once your application is reviewed, we’ll schedule an online video interview for you to meet with one of our admissions counselors.
Please supply three professional references, ideally from a combination of both former managers and your peers.
Once accepted, you will be introduced to your mentor and invited to attend a bootcamp kickoff meeting to get started.
If you are motivated, responsive, great at communication, and embrace learning opportunities then you’re ready to jump on in! You don’t need to have a background in tech or sales to be successful.
To join Satellite you must be at least 18-years-old and have a high school diploma, GED or a diploma from an accredited institution. You must also be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
You will be required to participate in recurring weekly meetings for three hours each week. Independent coursework requires an additional 8-12 hours per week. In addition, all sessions and job placements require a working proficiency of the English language.
Most Satellite programming is delivered remotely, so you’ll need a computer with Internet access and a camera, and basic applications like email, web browsing and chat.
Much of our program is coaching-based, so you’ll need to be willing to take constructive criticism and incorporate it into your own individual style.
If you’re working full-time or caring for family, our program is flexible. While there are a few, set meetings, the remainder of coursework can be completed on a timetable that’s most convenient for you.
The full program cost is currently being covered by tuition assistance for all of our participants, thanks to our generous partners including the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Unlike some programs, there is no Income Share Agreement or other long-term obligation to Satellite – what you earn once you’re employed is yours to keep.
