If you are motivated, responsive, great at communication, and embrace learning opportunities then you’re ready to jump on in! You don’t need to have a background in tech or sales to be successful.
To join Satellite you must be at least 18 years old, live in the U.S., and be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without visa sponsorship.
You will be required to participate in recurring weekly meetings for 3-4 hours each week. Independent coursework requires an additional 8-12 hours per week. All sessions and job placements require a working proficiency of the English language.
Most Satellite programming is delivered remotely, so you’ll need a computer with Internet access and a camera, and basic applications like email, web browsing and chat. You’ll also need a quiet space from which you can attend the video meetings.
Much of our program is coaching-based, so you’ll need to be willing to take constructive criticism and incorporate it into your work.
If you’re working full-time or caring for family, our program is flexible. While there are a few set meetings, the remainder of coursework can be completed whenever is most convenient for you.
The full program tuition is currently being covered by tuition assistance for all of our participants, thanks to our generous community partners such as the George Kaiser Family Foundation.
Unlike some programs, there is no Income Share Agreement (ISA) or other long-term obligation to Satellite.
What you earn once you’re employed is yours to keep!
