There are three key differences that lead to the Satellite Career Accelerator being able to produce higher caliber SDRs than a typical sales training bootcamp. They are:
Admissions: Satellite trains professionals who are interested in launching or advancing a career in sales and have a background, skills, and character traits that signal a high-potential for success in a sales role. Unlike a bootcamp that anyone can pay to take, Satellite only admits learners after they pass through our admissions process. The process is rigorous with only 2% of applicants being admitted.
Learning format: Bootcamps offer pre-recorded content that learners watch on their own. We are an organization founded and run by sales leaders and we know that sales skills can only be mastered by putting them into practice. As such, our learning experience includes independent study and live simulations where learners can put what they’ve learned into action and gain coaching and support from sales experts in real time.
Assessment: Learners who have completed a bootcamp have successfully watched and/or read all of the required content. Satellite Certified Talent have successfully passed ongoing assessments at multiple stages throughout the program. They don’t just know the skills, they have shown they can put what they’ve learned into practice and have work samples ready to share with hiring managers.
